Hydration & Gratitude = Simple Self-Love Practices

This challenge focuses on the incredible importance of drinking enough water on a consistent basis, and also on how consciously choosing to live in a state of gratitude helps us to kick negative feelings to the curb.

Challenge Action Items:

1. Get a reusable water bottle so you can measure the amount of water you are drinking (anything that can be measured can be managed!) and drink ½ of your bodyweight in ounces of water. That means if you weigh 200 pounds, aim to drink 100 ounces of water.

2. Write down 3 things that you are grateful for, and why you are grateful for each one.

3. Comment below and share how much water you drank and something you are grateful for! Let’s hold each other accountable and support one another as a community!
