End of Summer Love – 1 Day Challenge

The summer is coming to a close, and as always, it’s a great time to consciously take time to express self-love and gratitude for the good in our lives.

In this video, we are focusing on the GOOD that diabetes has brought into our lives, and how recognizing these things allows us to feel stronger and more empowered. We take it a step further and after recognizing the good in ourselves, intentionally choose to recognize the good in others as well.

Challenge Action Items:

1. List 3 ways that diabetes has added value to your life to practice self-love. Watch the video for suggestions if you can’t think of any!

2. Choose to give 3 genuine compliments to other people today to consciously practice spreading love to others.

3. Comment below and share one of the ways diabetes has added value to your life, and/or how it felt to choose to be present and find things you enjoy about others and share those compliments with them.
