This week I wanted to share my review of the Explore Asian Brand line of low carb, organic, non GMO pastas because they’ve definitely added an awesome dimension of variety and value to my diabetes management choices when it comes to eating pasta.
I love them as an alternative to regular pasta because they don’t spike my blood sugar at all (however, this is only my experience and everyone’s body is different!) They also come in a number of varieties (black bean spaghetti, edamame fettuccine, etc.) and have a ton of fiber and protein in each serving which makes them super filling. And of course I’m a huge fan of the fact that they’re all organic and non GMO!
