This week I’m happy to chat about how I choose healthy snacks that are easy on my blood sugars while on the go.
Do you make it a priority to have healthy snacks available no matter where you are? Has it made a difference in your diabetes management outcomes?
In my opinion, all of these snacks are healthier choices than fast food, so I choose to keep a variety of options with me at all times to reduce the temptation to choose something unhealthy that I know will wreak havoc on my blood sugars for the rest of the day.
