This week’s interview was a real treat. Getting to know Dr. Sheri Colberg, the top expert when it comes to diabetes and exercise, is an absolute must whether you are a beginner or advanced! She reveals her personal struggles with diabetes complications, and how she overcame them and is still going strong in her 45+ years living with type 1 diabetes. Dr. Colberg is also an amazing author with lots of books that help to inspire all of us people with diabetes out there to step it up to the next level (you can find links to her books and more under the YouTube video) 🙂
That’s one of my favorite parts about being human…there is always a next level to get to. No matter how many goals we set and reach, the human spirit drives us to continue reaching higher! Let’s get after those goals, and be sure to practice cultivating the habit of loving and appreciating ourselves for all of our efforts and all of our progress, no matter how big or small!
